After studying politics and physics at Oberlin college, Tim moved to Jordan where he worked in monitoring and evaluation for refugee policy and science writing. He then did his masters in government at Georgetown University before joining C4ADS to pursue his passion in political research. He has publications on water policy in Jordan, refugee policy in the Levant, and coalition formation in Iraq.
