Sam knows how to make sea urchin sushi. Samuel works at the intersection of environmental security and marine resource policy. He has a master’s degree in international environmental policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. During his graduate studies, he interned for The Stimson Center and the World Wildlife Fund as part of a fellowship with the Center for the Blue Economy.
Prior to joining C4ADS, Samuel worked as an environmental specialist at the Ketchikan Indian Community in Southeast Alaska. He was born and raised in Healdsburg, California.
