Arabic (professional proficiency), Spanish (learning) Lauren is a Senior Analyst with the Natural Resource program where she supports work on timber/minerals and IUU fishing. Lauren is interested in the intersection between environmental degradation and population displacement and humanitarian crises.
Prior to joining C4ADs, Lauren lived and worked in Amman, Jordan and worked at a development non-profit in DC on projects supporting economic entrepreneurship in the Middle East. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University and is completing her Master’s at Georgetown where she focuses on refugees and humanitarian crises. Lauren also holds a certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Michigan State University.
