Arthur Sanders Montandon
Arthur works as an analyst on the Organized Crime and Corruption Program. Prior to joining C4ADS in September 2022, he worked as an intelligence analyst at a private cyber intelligence company in New York City, where he tracked online extremism and cyber fraud. His previous work experience includes investigating corruption and organized crime cases in Central and South America as an intern at the U.S. Treasury Department and reporting on human trafficking in Mexico as a research assistant at the Wilson Center. Arthur has authored a book chapter on Guatemalan refugees in Mexico and co-authored a journal article on Mexico’s human trafficking legislation.
He holds a master’s degree in International Security and Public International Law from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
In his free time, Arthur enjoys riding his motorcycle, going to movie theaters in and around Washington, DC, and playing with his dog, Musashi.
