Guillaume is a Frenchman who cannot eat cheese. Languages
French, Chinese, Spanish, some German Before coming to C4ADS, Guillaume was an analyst at Baron Public Affairs, a political risk consulting firm based in Washington D.C., where he conducted research related to China and mineral supply chains. He also completed a traineeship at the European Commission, assisting with anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations, and supported the expansion of study abroad opportunities to vocational education students while working at a small French NGO.
Guillaume earned his undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Princeton University and his Master’s degree in China Studies (Politics and International Relations) from Peking University’s Yenching Academy.
