Jack joined C4ADS in 2024, as the Conflict-Affected States Program Director. Prior to this, he worked around the world, leading teams in challenging operational environments. He designed and managed a peacebuilding program in the Somali region of Ethiopia for a non-profit; worked for the British and US governments on various international issues; and was a Political Advisor for the European Union Monitoring Mission in the Republic of Georgia. He has a degree in Law and a Master’s in Human Rights.
