Justin works as the Head of Software leading the in-house development of our funded projects, including Horizons. His background of design and implementation of large-scale applications aids in the expansion of our innovative, fully featured and future-proofed suite of products and services.
He joined the team in 2025 and comes from a career in software development for nonprofit companies, including National Geographic and the NASA Space Telescope Science Institute. He graduated from Goucher College with a Bachelors in Computer Science before starting a 20-year-long career that led him to C4ADS.
