Larry Henderson

Larry is a Program Director for our Conflict Affected States program covering security trends and developments in places like Russia, Afghanistan, and Sudan among others. Prior to joining C4ADS, Larry was a senior executive leader in the US Intelligence Community (IC) where he led people and analytic programs both in Washington D.C. and abroad. Larry had multiple international assignments while in government, including in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and South Asia.  He also spent several years with the US State Department working in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Larry graduated with an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California at Davis. A passionate champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Larry also possesses an executive certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.
