Lucas Kuo is the Head of Product Strategy on the Business Development team where he oversees the deployment and growth of C4ADS’ software products that empower partners with cutting-edge analytical capabilities to defeat illicit networks.

Lucas was previously a Senior Analyst on the State-Sponsored Threats team at C4ADS where he led the North Korea portfolio. He has published investigations that expose how North Korea engages facilitators and criminal groups abroad to smuggle commodities (e.g. oil, coal, sand, luxury goods) in contravention of international sanctions. In this role, Lucas also coordinated the development of C4ADS’ geospatial intelligence and maritime domain awareness capabilities.

Prior to joining C4ADS, Lucas’ experiences spanned the Congressional-Executive Commission on China and U.S. Department of State. Lucas holds a BA in international affairs from the George Washington University.
