In her free time, Rachel likes salsa dancing, yoga, and caring for her houseplants.

Rachel is an analyst with the Organized Crime and Corruption Program. Before joining C4ADS in January 2023, she worked with the Congressional Research Service’s Europe and the Americas division. She focused on Colombia, security sector reform, and corruption issues. She also has professional experience with international public polling and advocacy organizations including the Wilson Center and the World Justice Project. Her main research interests include civil-military relations, corruption, and Latin American affairs.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University.
