Rosemary Lark is the Program Director for C4ADS’ Organized Crime and Corruption program. Rosemary is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in government, national security, intelligence, and homeland security research and analysis. She is pursuing her Doctorate in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University and has a Master Degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy. She has a distinguished career in financial crime investigation, monitoring, and compliance, specializing in complex cases involving corruption, bribery, and FCPA violations for government regulatory agencies and private sector clients. Rosemary’s expertise also includes anti-corruption program design in fragile and conflict-affected states. With her extensive government background and expertise in anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, Rosemary is well-equipped to provide comprehensive support and insights.
