Russian, Turkish, Azeri, French (beginner) As an analyst on the Organized Crime and Grand Corruption Cell, Sheyda provides analytical and investigative support to partners in different regions and contributes to the development of C4ADS’ PEP Explorer, a software tool designed to trace Politically Exposed Person (PEP) assets. Sheyda was an intern, and later a consultant working on C4ADS’ nonproliferation portfolio in 2019.
Before joining C4ADS, Sheyda was a Eurasia Analyst at Sayari, a global data provider based in DC, where she conducted investigations into financial crime and sanctions evasion schemes using corporate data. She has an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a concentration in US Foreign Policy and National Security from American University.
