Victoria is an analyst on the Organized Crime team at C4ADS with a focus on PEPs, drug trafficking, and crime convergence with wildlife trafficking and an interest in South America and Southern Africa analysis. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Wake Forest University and a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from American University. During her Master’s Degree she studied in Costa Rica, learning about water resource management, environmental peace-building, and gender relations within environmental studies. Previously, Victoria was an Americorps Volunteer and worked in international development on biodiversity conservation programs.
