Honoré Cole
Honoré developed a passion for international relations after receiving a U.S. Department of State scholarship to study Mandarin Chinese in Beijing for nine months. After her gap year, she double-majored in International & Global Studies and East Asian Studies at Brandeis University. While in college, she studied abroad in The Hague, where she took classes on international law and justice at Leiden University and completed a practicum at the Chinese Initiative on International Law. Since then, Honoré has interned at the German Marshall Fund, the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Strategy Risks. She graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Foreign Service and a concentration in Science & Technology in International Affairs. Honoré is interested in natural, climate, and energy security and has conducted research on the extraction and production of critical minerals used in many clean energy, low carbon, and decarbonization technologies.
