Jack directs the Conflict Affected States Program at C4ADS, which investigates illicit network behind armed violence and the financial drivers of war. He has also worked on C4ADS’ Counterproliferation Program. During his time at C4ADS, he has investigated South Sudanese corruption, South Asian nuclear proliferation, Russian illicit finance networks, and private military companies in Africa and the Middle East.

Prior to joining C4ADS, Jack worked with Fulbright in Ukraine, where we he wrote and edited for several English-language publications including the Odessa Review and Kyiv Post.

Jack earned his undergraduate degree at Tufts University in International Relations with a minor in Russian language.
