RICHARD WIRT, PHD: CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Dr. Richard Wirt is an Intel Senior Fellow, former Vice President and General Manager of Intel Corporation's Software and Solutions Group, and former Chief Technology Officer  for In-Q-Tel.

 

HON. APRIL FOLEY: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

The Hon. April H. Foley is a former US Ambassador to Hungary and former First Vice President of the Export Import Bank of the United States. 

 

NEWTON HOWARD, PHD, HDR: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Dr. Newton Howard is founder and was the first chairman of the Center for Advanced Defense Studies, now known as C4ADS. Currently he is the director of the Mind Machine Project and a resident scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 

LTG DAVID P. FRIDOVICH (RET.): MEMBER OF THE BOARD

LTG David P. Fridovich is a retired Lieutenant General and Green Beret in the United States Army. He graduated in 1974 from Knox College where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. He then went on to receive a master's degree in political science from Tulane University in 1976. After graduation, LTG Fridovich was commissioned an Infantry Second Lieutenant. He served as a Rifle and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Light Infantry Company Commander with the 172nd Light Infantry Brigade, Fort Richardson, Alaska. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Military Science at Norwich University, where he trained the Mountain Cold Weather Cadre and Rescue Team. 

LTG Fridovich commanded the Combined/Joint Special Operations Task Force in Operation Joint Forge, Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, from January through July 2000. He assumed command of the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) in August 2000. There, he led the Army Special Operations Task Force, Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines, Zamboanga, Republic of the Philippines from January through June 2002. In January of 2005, LTG Fridovich assumed duties as Commander, Special Operations Command, Pacific. He subsequently assumed duties as the Director, Center for Special Operations, U.S. Special Operations Command in 2007, and became the Deputy Commander in May 2010. 

LTG Fridovich retired on November 14, 2011 after more than 37 years of service in the U.S. Army. At the time of his retirement, he was the senior Green Beret in the Army. 

 

LTC (RET.) CHRIS KAMMERMANN: Member of the Board

Colonel Chris Kammermann is CEO and President of CLK Executive Decisions, a consulting firm specializing in defense and security contracting. A graduate of the US Military Academy, he holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University

 

JOHN CALLERY, SSA: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Special Agent John Callery is a Supervisory Special Agent with the Department of Justice, with over 26 years of law enforcement field experience. SSA Callery’s tours of duty have included Los Angeles, Bangkok, Malaysia, and Washington, DC. He has led various high-level international investigations and coordinated joint US and foreign cooperation in these complex investigations. 

 

LTC (RET.) STEPHEN HOMOKI: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Colonel Stephen Homoki served 22 years in the United States Air Force, earning a Silver Star, two Distinguished Flying Crosses, and 13 Air Medals. A retired executive with experience in data services and start-ups,  he received a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Liberal Arts from Rutgers University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas.

 

HON. SUE KELLY: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

The Hon. Sue Kelly is a former member of Congress who represented the 19th District of New York from 1995 to 2006. She was a member of the House Committee on Financial Services, House Committee on Small Business, and House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. 

 

SERGEY KANAREYKIN: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Sergey Kanareykin received a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the St. Petersburg State University (Russia), where he conducted research on the influence of the Internet on world economics and international affairs.

 

JOHN PEARCE: MEMBER OF THE BOARD

John Pearce is the director of business development at SOC-USA, and has over 30 years experience within the Defense and Intelligence Communities. His primary expertise includes image processing, data processing, communications systems, collection systems, post processing systems, and tasking systems.  

 

LESTER S. HYMAN, JD: MEMBER OF THE BOARD, LEGAL ADVISOR

Lester S. Hyman, Esq. is the US Legal Consul to the British Virgin Islands. He served as an attorney with the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Chairman of the Massachusetts Democratic Party, member of the International Election Observer Team in Haiti in 1990, and as a Trustee of the University of the District of Columbia.
